Why we exist
Most organisations already have the tools. What is missing is the use.
Almost every organisation we meet has already paid for Copilot, ChatGPT or something similar. The licences are sitting there. A handful of colleagues use them every day, the rest tried once.
The difference between those two groups is rarely technical. It comes down to nobody having shown how the tool fits the work you actually do.
We do not produce strategies and we do not assess your organisation. We train.
The person holding the course
The person who sells the course is the person who holds it
Every course in the catalogue has a responsible teacher, and the person you spoke to before the course is the one standing in the room. You meet no salesperson who hands you over to somebody you have never heard of.
On larger assignments we bring in additional trainers from the network. The proposal then states who holds what, before you sign.
That puts a limit on how much we can deliver in a week. We keep it anyway. A course catalogue with nobody behind it is easy to scale and hard to trust.
And what we leave behind can be checked without asking us: a record of completion per participant that an outsider can verify, and for an organisation a log of what was delivered and an assessment in which the manager rates their own employee.
