AI Utbildningscentrum is a secondary business name of Ampliro AB. Both names refer to the same legal entity. Ampliro AB is the controller of the personal data submitted here and the organisation to contact with a request.

Newsletter. We store your email address. You receive an email with a confirmation link, and nothing is sent before you click it. The address is used only for the newsletter. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link, and when you unsubscribe the address is removed.

Booked conversation. We store your name, email address and what you write in the message field, plus your organisation and telephone number if you provide them. We use the information to hold the meeting and to send the confirmation and calendar invitation.

Contact form. We store what you write and the contact details you provide so that we can answer you. We also store a fingerprint calculated from your IP address, the current date and a secret key. The IP address itself is never stored, and the fingerprint cannot be reversed to reveal it.

Course booking and training. We store what is needed to deliver and invoice the training: your name, contact details, the course concerned and billing information. If you attend a course, we issue a record of completion containing your name and what you completed.

Before a training session, we sometimes prepare material about the participants' roles and context so that the exercises reflect your work rather than generic examples. This material is deleted when the training has been delivered.

The newsletter is based on your consent. You give that consent when you click the confirmation link, and withdraw it when you unsubscribe.

Bookings, courses and invoicing are based on the contract between you or your employer and us. Without the information, we cannot deliver what was ordered. The same legal basis covers the preparation required to make the training relevant to your work.

Questions submitted through the contact form are based on our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us. The same basis covers the form fingerprint, visitor measurement and server logs: the processing required to keep the service available and secure.

We keep a record of each course session, including the date, course, location and amount. We remove your personal details but keep the session itself. A reference code stays on the record. It contains no personal data, but if you give us the code, we can find your booking. The retention periods are set out below.

Participant details are deleted 24 months after the course session. Dietary information is deleted after 30 days. The purchaser's details are deleted after 24 months.

The email log is deleted 12 months after the message was sent. A newsletter address is retained until you unsubscribe. Contact-form enquiries are deleted when it is clear that there is nothing more to follow up.

The contact-form fingerprint is deleted after 30 days. This happens automatically every night and does not require a request from you.

Accounting records are retained for seven years after the end of the calendar year in which the financial year ended. This is required by Swedish accounting law. If you operate as a sole trader, your company registration number is your personal identity number and is retained for the same period.

Material prepared before a training session is deleted when the training has been delivered.

A record of completion is retained for as long as it is intended to remain verifiable. We do not set a fixed period for it, and it is not affected when your details are removed from the booking. A record that can no longer be verified no longer fulfils its purpose.

To operate the business, we use suppliers that process data on our behalf: email and calendar services, hosting and storage, payments, newsletter delivery and visitor measurement. They may use the data only for the services we have engaged them to provide.

We keep processing within the EU and EEA where possible. For a current list of suppliers, email info@aiuc.se.

Card payments take place on Stripe's own page. We never receive your card number, and Stripe processes the data needed for the payment.

We measure how the site is used with Plausible Analytics, hosted within the EU. Your IP address is used at the time of measurement to derive a location and an identifier that changes every day, but the address is never written down. The identifier cannot be used to recognise you across different days or devices.

The hosting provider's server logs contain IP addresses and are retained for operations and security.

We do not sell personal data or disclose it for anyone else's marketing.

You have the right to know what information we hold about you and to receive a copy. You also have the right to have inaccurate information corrected.

You may ask us to delete information and may object to our processing. Sometimes we are still required to retain certain records, for example information required by accounting rules. If so, we will explain what must be retained and why.

If you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time. This does not affect anything already sent.

Email info@aiuc.se and we will handle your request. If you believe we are processing your information incorrectly, you have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
