One or more people attend a published course online, in Stockholm or in Gothenburg. The course page states the price, duration, content and upcoming dates.

Scope, price and responsibility are set out in writing
Every assignment is scoped before the training starts: audience, learning objectives, content, format, extent, timetable, price and what you receive afterwards. The price is fixed for the agreed delivery. If the need changes, we agree the addition before any new work starts.
Ampliro AB is the contracting party and AI Utbildningscentrum is its training arm. Company registration details, address and contact information are available on the contact page and can be supplied in the form your process requires.
The responsible trainer and any additional trainers are named in the proposal. For a larger assignment, the proposal states who is responsible for each part before you sign.

On request, we provide company details, references from our public selection, a competence profile for the trainer, a course plan, learning objectives, terms and a proposed description of the delivery.
When personal data needs to be processed, we describe which data is used, why it is needed and which contractual documentation applies. We prefer answering your specific question to sending a large standard package that does not fit the purchase.
After completion, each participant receives a digital record of completion. When the assignment covers a whole organisation, the delivery can also include a completion log covering content, participants and dates.
AIUC submits tenders in advertised procurements and delivers through call-offs when an applicable framework agreement exists. A direct award may be possible for a smaller purchase, but the contracting authority is responsible for estimating the value and choosing the procedure.
The Swedish National Agency for Public Procurement publishes current thresholds and direct award limits. AIUC describes the training and supplies the commercial documentation. We do not make the legal assessment for you.

Yes, when a framework agreement covers the training and allows Ampliro AB to deliver. Send the call-off request or describe the framework agreement you use, and we will check what is required and respond in the form specified by the agreement.
