AI Utbildningscentrum, AIUC, is part of Ampliro AB. Ampliro AB is the seller and the contracting party when you book a course, whether you book on aiuc.se or on boka.aiuc.se.

These terms apply from 15 August 2026 and replace earlier versions. They cover bookings made on aiuc.se, on boka.aiuc.se, by telephone and by email.

When you book a place you get a reservation and a booking code. The reservation holds for 96 hours. If you do not complete the booking within that time the place is released, and you get a message that the reservation has expired.

Completing the booking means giving us the details we need. Always name, email address and telephone number. If the booking is to be invoiced we also need organisation, contact person, company registration number, invoicing address, email address for the invoice and the number of participants.

The agreement is binding once we have confirmed the booking in writing. The confirmation is sent by email. If you book by telephone or email we confirm the same way.

You can state particular needs when you book, for example diet or accessibility. We get in touch if we need to know more.

All prices are stated excluding VAT. VAT is added at 25 percent.

An open course online costs SEK 3,900 and runs for three hours. An open full day on site costs SEK 8,400. The course day is seven hours, of which about six hours are training and about an hour is a lunch break. AI Strategy & Implementation costs SEK 12,900 and is given on site only.

You pay by card or against an invoice. Card payment goes through Stripe, on Stripe's own page. We never receive your card number.

Payment terms on the invoice are 30 days. Payment must always reach us before the course takes place. If you book closer than thirty days ahead, the due date is shortened accordingly: book fourteen days before the course starts and the due date falls about twelve to thirteen days out.

If payment has not reached us before the course takes place, we reserve the right to decline the booking. Late payment carries interest at 12 percent.

Cancellation must be made in writing to info@aiuc.se. The fee is calculated on the course fee and depends on when the cancellation reaches us.

More than 5 days before the course starts: no fee.

2 to 5 days before the course starts: 50 percent of the course fee.

The day before or the same day as the course starts: 100 percent of the course fee.

You may move a booking to another session once at no cost, provided you tell us no later than three days before the course starts. A second move is treated as a cancellation under the scale above.

Changing participant is free of charge up until the course starts. The place is bought, not the person. If you have bought four places you may send four other people. Tell us the names so the records of completion are correct.

Anyone who does not turn up without cancelling receives no refund.

We may need to make minor changes to the format, the times, the venue or the trainer. We tell you as soon as we know.

If we cancel a session you choose between moving to another session and getting the full course fee back. We get in touch as soon as we know, and you tell us which you want.

We do not reimburse travel costs or other associated costs.

An open course online takes at most 20 participants. On site in Stockholm the group is at most 8 participants, in Gothenburg at most 6.

Entry requirements and practical information are on the page for each course. Before the session we send practical information by email.

Every participant who completes a course receives a record of completion. It carries the participant's name, the course name, the date and a serial number. It can be checked afterwards, through a link or by scanning a QR code.

Course material, links and other resources are provided by email or on aiuc.se after the course.

The material may only be used for the participant's personal use. It must not be passed on, either inside or outside the participant's organisation, and must not be sold or published.

The online courses are not recorded. That lets participants raise real cases from their own organisation.

This part covers your use of aiuc.se and boka.aiuc.se. By using the sites you accept the terms. If you do not accept them you should not use the sites.

You must not spread malicious code, attempt unauthorised access to our systems or our data, or load the sites so that they work less well for others.

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy at aiuc.se/integritetspolicy.

Text, images, graphics, logotypes and software on the sites belong to Ampliro AB or to our licensors. The content is protected by copyright.

You must not copy, distribute, display, alter or build on the content without written permission from us. What applies to course material is set out under Course material and recording.

We work to keep the information on the sites correct and current. We cannot guarantee that all of it always is. You use the information at your own risk.

We may change these terms. A change applies from the day it is published here. The date under Who you buy from shows which version applies.

Swedish law governs these terms. Disputes are settled by a Swedish court.
