One-to-one training

One-to-one AI training for CEOs and executives: a day in your own work

AI Utbildningscentrum (AIUC) trains CEOs, directors-general and other senior leaders one to one, on site anywhere in Sweden or online. You work with your own material in your own tools, and the training is given by Andreas Olsson, founder of AIUC.

Why one to one

You learn in your own work, not in front of your staff.

For a CEO who wants to learn AI in their own work rather than in front of their staff, a one-to-one training day is the right format, because the exercises can then be built on material that only the CEO has access to.

Someone who runs an organisation rarely works on the same tasks as the people on an open course. Board papers, negotiation briefs, figures ahead of a report and difficult emails cannot be practised in a group.

A day one to one means every exercise is real. You leave with tasks already solved in a new way, not with examples you have to translate into your own work.

This is training. We do not assess your organisation and we do not produce a plan for it. That question belongs to Ampliro.

What you can do afterwards

Turn raw information into decision material

Turn reports, minutes and long documents into something you can decide on, and know what you still need to check yourself.

Prepare negotiations and key meetings

Let AI play the other side, find the weak points in your own reasoning and prepare answers to the questions you would rather avoid.

Analyse your own data

Ask questions of a spreadsheet or an export and get answers you can test, without waiting for someone else.

Stop starting from scratch

Build instructions and templates so that weekly letters, follow-ups and similar tasks get quicker every time.

Know what must not go into a tool

Which information calls for care, and how to work safely in the tools your organisation already has.

How it is arranged

A full day, 9 to 16, or a half day. You choose.

  1. 1

    A conversation beforehand

A short conversation about what you work on, which tools you have and which tasks take the most time. The day is built around them.

  2. 2

    The day

You work with your own material in your own tools. Every part starts from a task you actually have.

  3. 3

    Material afterwards

Instructions, templates and a summary of what you covered, so that what you learned can be used the following week.

The practicalities

At your premises, anywhere in Sweden, or online. In English or Swedish.

The training is given by Andreas Olsson, founder of AI Utbildningscentrum. He also runs AIUC's training for management teams, so the same content can be taken on to the rest of the management.

The material you show during the day stays between you and the trainer. If your organisation needs a confidentiality agreement beforehand, we will sign it.

You do not have to explain why you want to train one to one.

Common questions about one-to-one AI training

AI Utbildningscentrum (AIUC) offers one-to-one AI training for CEOs and other senior leaders, on site anywhere in Sweden or online. The training is a full or half day and is built on the participant's own tasks in the tools the organisation already has. It is given by Andreas Olsson, founder of AI Utbildningscentrum, in English or Swedish.

One-to-one AI training is a training day with one participant and one trainer. The content is the same as in training for a group, but every exercise is built on your own material: decision documents, meetings you need to prepare, data you need to understand and tasks that come back every week. There is a short conversation before the day, and afterwards you get material to keep working with.

One-to-one AI training with AI Utbildningscentrum is training, not coaching. The aim is that you can do something new in your own work after the day, not that someone follows you over time or assesses how you lead. The day has content, exercises and material afterwards, just like training for a group, but everything is built on your own tasks.

No. The conversation before the day shows where you stand, and the day starts there. If you have already used Copilot or ChatGPT for a while, it starts further along, with the tasks where you have not yet made the tools work.

The tools you already have access to in your organisation, usually Microsoft 365 Copilot or ChatGPT. If the organisation has rules on which tools and which information may be used, the day follows them.

Yes. Many start one to one and then bring in the rest of the management. AI Utbildningscentrum runs a half day for management teams, AI training for managers, and a full-day workshop where staff work on their own tasks. Whoever has trained one to one has then already seen how it works and can say what the rest of the organisation needs.

No, not in this training. It is about what you can do in your own work. Assessing the organisation, prioritising where AI should be used or producing a plan for it is a different assignment, and that question belongs to Ampliro. If the conversation crosses that line during the day, we say so.

The price of one-to-one AI training is set per assignment. It depends on whether it is a full or half day, whether it is held at your premises or online and, for a visit, how far we travel, and how much preparation is included. Tell us what you need and we will work it out.

Start with a conversation

Tell us what you work on, and we will say whether a day one to one is the right way to learn it.
