We come to you in Stockholm
AI Utbildningscentrum delivers AI training for companies and organisations in Stockholm, and we come to you. Assignments are delivered throughout Sweden. Travel is one factor affecting the price, alongside length, group size, number of sessions and preparation.
Our open courses run online and on site. Stockholm is one of the two locations where we hold them on site, the other being Gothenburg. We also deliver talks, workshops and longer programmes at your own premises.
Content, level, length and focus are adapted to your objectives, the participants' roles and the tools you actually use, most often ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Google Gemini. We deliver training throughout the Stockholm region, from the city centre and Kista to Solna, Sundbyberg, Nacka and Södertälje, and also travel to Uppsala and Västerås.
Six ways to deliver it
The right format depends on what you want to achieve
Talk
A one-hour introduction for conferences, staff meetings and kick-offs. It gives the group enough context to discuss AI without getting stuck in the technology.
Workshop
Participants spend a full day working with tasks from their own jobs. They leave with methods they can use in their work.
Training programme
Three to five sessions over eight to twelve weeks. Between sessions, participants try the methods in their own work.
Management team
For managers who need to make decisions about AI and discuss them in the same terms.
AI literacy package
Role-based training with a record of what was delivered. Built for organisations that need to document their work under the EU AI Act.
Online training for the whole staff
Self-paced training for large groups. Each participant receives a record of completion, and the organisation can follow delivery.

Prices, formats and records of completion
An assignment in Stockholm is priced per assignment because no two groups need exactly the same thing. The price depends on length, group size, number of sessions, preparation and travel. Our open courses have fixed prices: SEK 3,900 for three hours online and SEK 8,400 for a full day on site in Stockholm or Gothenburg, excluding VAT. Tell us what you need and we will provide an outline with content, length and price.
Yes. AI Utbildningscentrum delivers assignments throughout Sweden, including Stockholm. We hold the talk, workshop or programme at your premises. Travel is one of the factors affecting the price, along with length, group size, number of sessions and preparation. The same formats can also be delivered live online.
Yes. Stockholm is one of the two locations where we run open courses on site, the other being Gothenburg. A full day on site costs SEK 8,400 excluding VAT and has room for 8 participants. We also run three-hour online courses for SEK 3,900 excluding VAT, with room for 20 participants. Upcoming dates are shown higher up on this page.
It depends on the format. A talk is about one hour. A workshop is normally one full day. A training programme consists of three to five sessions over eight to twelve weeks. Our open courses run for three hours online or for a seven-hour day on site, including a lunch break. For an assignment in Stockholm, we recommend a length only after we know what participants need to be able to do afterwards.
It depends on the format. A talk can accommodate a large audience, while a workshop works best in a smaller group where everyone has time to work on their own tasks. Self-paced online training is available when the whole staff needs to take part. Our open courses have fixed limits of 20 participants online, 8 in Stockholm and 6 in Gothenburg.
Yes. Every participant receives a personal record showing their name, the course, the date and a serial number. It can be verified by an external party through its QR code. This applies both to open courses and to assignments delivered at your premises in Stockholm. It is a record of completed training and does not represent a formal examination.
That depends on the calendar and the preparation required. A talk needs less preparation than a workshop or a programme built around your own work tasks. Tell us which weeks are relevant and what you need participants to do afterwards, and we will tell you directly what can be arranged. We do not promise a date until we know we can keep it.
