Yes. Every participant receives a personal record showing their name, the course, the date and a serial number. It can be verified by an external party through its QR code. This applies both to open courses and to assignments delivered at your premises in Umeå. It is a record of completed training and does not represent a formal examination.
That depends on the calendar and the preparation required. A talk needs less preparation than a workshop or a programme built around your own work tasks.
